Quality Control

We have adopted the Total Quality Management system for regulating the quality of the Flanges, Monel Flanges, Nickel Flanges, Sheets, Pipes, Steel Threaded Flanges, Tubes & Fittings we make. This method has helped us to outline the quality objectives and make the blue print for work plans. Our production process is strictly monitored and reviewed according to the quality norms laid down in the policy. Every product we make undergoes stringent tests as per the international standards that are followed worldwide.

Quality Assurance Plan: First of all, we conduct the Raw Material Test where we test the chemical and mechanical properties, of the basic materials used. Then the finished products are measured by calibrated measuring instruments, where the dimensional accuracy of each flange and fitting is checked. For Hydro Test up to 15000 psi, the valves and fittings are subjected to static pressure for a certain time period to ensure there are no leaks in the product. The final test is the Vibration Test, where the fittings are tested for severe vibration under impulse pressure to detect any leakage and determine their strength.

Special Testing

We have a special provision for cases where our clients demand specific tests. The following tests are conducted and certified by our quality control department:

• Pneumatic Gas Test: After the hydro testing of products, the compressor, threaded fittings and valves undergo pneumatic tests at 150 psi air pressure and 2000 psi nitrogen pressure.
• Helium Gas Test (Hg-test): We conduct this test whenever our customers request for it.
• Pressure Cycle Test: The fittings and valves we provide are first checked through pressure cycle test at an air pressure of 0 psi to 5000 psi. We use digital counters for testing the products at the rate of 25 to 45 cycles per minute.
• Temperature Test: This test is conducted on the special request of clients. Here the fittings and valves under a temperature test by getting heated up to 350^oC for one complete cycle of 4 hours.

Third Party Inspection

Our company provides third party inspection for the testing the offered products such as Pipe Fittings and Flanges. Clients can either arrange their own agency or opt for the internationally acclaimed agencies that we facilitate. They can choose standard agency like Lloyds Register, Bureau Veritas, SGS, etc. The scope of services under the third party inspection is inclusive of the following:
